This position is responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, including grant accounting, assisting with payroll, cash receipts, G/L, auditing, along with administrative tasks to support the CFO, Accounting Team, and others within the company.

Qualifications include 3+ years of hands-on experience with grant management and accounting, G/L, financial reporting and experience with payroll. Experience with Netsuite and Concur is preferred.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail with a focus on processes and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position. Previous experience working with a non-profit and CPA licensure is a plus.
