This position is responsible for managing the credit and debit cards for the bank including overseeing compliance, opening new accounts, closing accounts, assisting with customer inquiries, managing online banking and mobile deposits, implementing new card programs, and handling account maintenance issues.  The opportunity for career development and growth is exceptional in this role for the right individual.

Qualifications include hands-on experience with all forms of banking cards, banking products and customer service for a community bank.  An understanding of banking regulations and the ability to develop processes and practices that demonstrate compliance with those regulations is crucial.  Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds to ensure the appropriate bank products are utilized is required.  Must be able to work independently, multi-task and problem solve when situations arise.
