In this role, the Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes to ensure efficient operations and support growth in target markets.  Specific responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities; streamlining processes and operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs; managing capital credits for cooperative members, patronage and retirements; and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.  In addition, the Business Operations Analyst will collaborate with vendors, internal departments and members regarding the utilization of software and identify ways to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with business operations in a telecommunications, internet or other highly-regulated industry.  A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Accounting or a related filed is required.   The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem solving skills and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication skills to explain business-related information in a professional, understandable way is crucial.  Exceptional computer skills are necessary – specifically with Excel and the MS Office Suite are essential.
