Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that blends accounting, operations, and team support. In this position, you’ll handle core accounting responsibilities including processing payables, managing receivables, reconciling project transactions, and ensuring that contracts and required documentation are in place. You’ll also support weekly payroll processing, complete certified payroll reports, and handle intercompany reconciliations. Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a vital role in onboarding new employees and maintaining an organized, efficient office environment. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on special projects that improve company operations and expand your accounting skill set through hands-on experience. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates with 0–5 years of accounting experience will be considered, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. Familiarity with basic accounting processes such as A/P, A/R, and payroll is preferred, along with the ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal teams. A desire to learn and grow into more advanced responsibilities will be key to success in this role.
