Responsibilities

The Senior HR Manager ensures HR practices are applied consistently, strategically, and in compliance across the organization. This role leads recruitment efforts, supports workforce planning, and aligns compensation, job titles, and policies across multiple states. Partnering closely with leadership, you will navigate complex employee and compliance matters while balancing business needs with regulatory requirements. You will also guide performance management and company programs, helping create clear, trusted HR processes that strengthen alignment and employee confidence.
